Start the Week 23rd June 2025

Last week was a good week for the BBC – it saw a new law to abort babies up to full term – then an ‘inquiry ‘( cover up ) of Islamic rape gangs – then a new law to kill people at ‘end of life ‘. And then a golden opportunity to attack Israel and President Trump when he attacked Iranian nuclear sites . And this Tuesday the BBC will facilitate more attacks on President Trump via the freeloading European States at the NATO conference in Holland ..

From the BBC website on GPs:

“Dr Jonathan Lloyd, a GP partner at the surgery, said demand for primary care had gone up hugely since he began working as a doctor almost 30 years ago.

“The number of appointments the average patient has each year has increased, and people have got older, and there are more people with dementia and chronic disease,” he said.

“The number of GPs has not increased at the same rate, so there is more pressure on doctors.”

I see neither the GP or the BBC mentioned the elephant in the room. Must be a big surgery if they couldn’t see it

I am shocked, truly shocked I say, that any GP shortages cannot be made up from the thousands of doctors and engineers that the authorities regularly tell us make up a large percentage of our mass immigration.

Back in the day when I worked in psychiatry it was always the poor relation – never enough psychiatrists – particularly specialising in old age. So they were brought in from anywhere in the world. One in particular came from the West Indies. We all thought he was suspect from the start – I think the continual sniffing gave him away, and at times it was difficult to know who was away with the fairies more – him or the patients.
Several complaints later, he left and it transpired his qual8fications didnt match up to his gift of the gab.
The vetting procedure was rubbish and probably still is.

So I go to the BBC to see if they are presenting the situation in Iran for what it really is or if they don’t care about terrorists having nuclear weapons and are more interested in trying to spin it to make Trump look bad.

And the world-news headline is …

‘Iran condemns US strikes on nuclear sites as Trump talks of ‘regime change”

    No surprise there at all.

    And just look at this:

‘For decades, the United States and Iran have carefully avoided crossing a dangerous red line into a direct military confrontation.
One American president after another held back from deploying their military might against the Islamic Republic for fear of sinking the US into potentially the most perilous Middle East war of all.
Now, the commander-in-chief, who promised to be a president of peace, has crossed this Rubicon with direct military strikes on Tehran’s nuclear sites.’
Another BBC left-wing Trump hater. She seems oblivious to the fact that their inaction has almost given Iran a nuclear weapon.

Of course if they DID get the bomb then they would blame Trump for not stopping them.

Here’s how that BBC reporter describes herself:
‘Canada is my country, London is my city, but am at home in many places.’

Do the BBC have ANY staff who actually grew up in this country with a traditional British background ?.

The REAL villains in this piece and in Gaza though are the UN. They have utterly failed in their job. Whoever is in charge should have resigned through honour the first time a Hamas tunnel was found under a UN hospital. And he should be sacked for letting this situation in Ran become critical. But he won’t because the UN are extreme-Left and like the BBC are demontsrating in this article, we all know they have no honour or consciense at all. Only agenda.

BBC political geek Chris Mason tells a fib: Chris Mason: UK’s position on Iran is clear but will the US listen? (BBC)

Oh really, Chris? Clear as mud, more like. So tell us are we now or were we beforehand in favour of bombing the Iran nuclear programme – or were we agin it?

By line seven of his report our Chris is already admitting the truth of the PM’s characteristic inevitable equivocation on the issue: Having repeatedly pressed publicly for “de-escalation” as Sir Keir Starmer puts it, and questions seemingly being raised privately within government about the legality of getting involved, saying yes to a request for help from the White House might have been difficult. (BBC)

Too right it would have been difficult – Keir Starmer would have had to have come off the fence, one way or the other.

I’m not saying flimflam exponent extraordinary Sir Keir has got this one right or wrong in terms of Britain getting directly involved – practically or rhetorically – in the ongoing middle east conflict – just that our BBC Political editor didn’t ought to be acting as Keir’s PR boy: “UK’s position on Iran is clear” or casting aspersions on Trump – the default aunt sally: “but will the US listen?”

So what’s all this about, you ask?

“Safeguarding Minister” Jess Phillips is desperately in need of some positive media exposure. Our BBC will of course oblige.

The moment in the ‘grooming gangs’ debate that shamed Jess Phillips… We are all betrayed by our body language eventually. It’s our inner quisling, itching to expose to the world the feelings our more sentient side would prefer to keep hidden… The surliness with which she listened to MPs speak about the ‘grooming gang’ scandal was a true mask-off moment. Without words it told us all we need to know about this government. Ms Phillips, the minister for safeguarding and violence against women and girls, came to the chamber to tell MPs that the government might not proceed with the five inquiries into ‘grooming gangs’ promised by the Home Secretary. Instead there’ll be a ‘more flexible’ approach… Phillips’s spoken words confirmed her government’s… sniffy exasperation of a cut-off political class that can’t believe people are still droning on about this issue…Ms Phillips’s visible ill-humour as Katie Lam spoke was a moment of great if unwitting clarity (Brendan O’Neill, Spectator, April 9th)

And again, another body language fail, this time post U-turn…

Wow – Jess Phillips literally laughing at her phone during Yvette Cooper’s rape gang statement… Look at the foul woman… smiling and smirking at something on her phone before realising her face is caught on camera, during the debate which underpins the most calamitous failure of the British state in a lifetime and which goes directly to her brief. (Twitter X, June 17th)

This foul lefty would-be Amazonian culture warrior with an anti- (white) blokes agenda has form: Labour MP Jess Phillips laughs at men’s rights debate request (Daily Mail, 2015)

But we digress from the BBC’s present puff piece in honour of the dishonourable lady…

Children being drawn into a world of cyberstalking need to be educated about healthy relationships in the digital age, says Safeguarding Minister Jess Phillips. (BBC)

It’s not muslim rape gangs wot’s the problem… it’s the internet, innit!

‘A moment of peril’ – UK foreign secretary on Iran’s next move
    https://www.bbc.com/news/live/cn7ze4vmk2pt

The BBC seem determined to portray Lammy as some kind of key figure in this kerfuffle with Iran and build him up some kind of statesman. They seem oblivious to the fact that he says the most meaningless tripe:

‘“Let’s calm this thing down,” David Lammy tells BBC Breakfast.
‘He says he spoke to the Iranian foreign minister, urging him to be “very careful about not escalating” the situation.’
‘Commenting on the firepower of the US, he says this is the time for Iran to “get serious, step back and comply” with the UN nuclear watchdog’s programme.’
“Clearly this is a moment of peril.”
“I’m an optimist – of course this is a stressful time – but I still believe diplomacy must and can prevail.”

“I don’t say it’s not legitimate,” he adds, but points out, “we were clear when this began that we not involved”.
‘Lammy also repeats that the issue in Iran should be resolved through diplomacy.’
“The UK has a very important role to play as a nuclear power – to ensure that we get that diplomatic solution”.’

What a complete waste of space this fat idiot is. I am embarassed for my country every time he opens his mouth.

And you were nearly right David, but you’re not an optimist, you’re a racist.

I know this is blowing my own trumpet but I am proud of this achievement. Last week I received my 100th threatening letter from TV Licensing .
This one the IN01O0 version, they have several other versions. All of them basically threaten you with a visit from their Enforcement Team if you don’t pay up and a fine if prosecuted.
I know that you can inform them of not needing their Licence but I like to keep the Royal Mail in business and cost the BBC a few extra pounds per year. And of course they send the letters in cheery red envelopes which our local postie often remarks on when I see him.
I have had only one visit from their Enforcement Team and the gentleman said what his business was and asked if he could come in . I said no he couldn’t and he handed me another slip of paper and left.
I’m looking forward to making it 150 in a few years.

If you’ve no interest in either football or the ethnicity of alleged violent criminals – look away now

A man has been charged with the murder of a woman found fatally stabbed after a gas explosion at her home in north London.

Clifton George, 44, of Dumont Road, was also charged with arson with intent to endanger life (BBC) – allegedly of course.

You’d never know it from the intentionally mugshot-less BBC report but care of the Daily Mail

    You guessed it, he’s black.

And an Arsenal supporter – with poor taste in club shirts, according to this Mail report.

‘The 20 WORST Premier League kits of all-time… Number 5: ARSENAL 1991-1993 – Away

    Iconic wearer: Ian Wright

A design classic but the hideous arrowed pattern is eye-catching and you could almost miss the adidas, JVC – and most importantly – Arsenal features from the front.”

Mind you, if found guilty and ordered to do some time (despite TTK) he’ll be wearing a new shirt with arrows (metaphorically – I jest of course).

I’m just taking a break with a mug of rosy, a bacon sarnie and having a squint at GB News…

There’s a rowdy group, quite a of them in masks and many wearing the keffiyeh, “demonstrating” in Trafalgar Square. And of course, there’s the ubiquitous Palestinian flag. Apparently this lot are connected with those involved in the vandalism at RAF Brize Norton at the weekend.

Now, I’m really interested in the conduct of the police. You see, a few years ago, I attended a number of the anti-lockdown demo’s. All of them were entirely peaceful (though certainly noisy) but we were met by a police force that resembled an armed militia.

Those police were in full body armour, wearing helmets and carrying batons. We were treated like dangerous terrorists, charged and beaten to the ground.

This lot are being treated with kid gloves.

    Am I surprised?

    Sadly no…

Whenever the politicians are asked why we have the most expensive energy in the world they come out with some gobbledygook about being in line with the international gas prices and they deny it’s to do with the daft green policies Milligram is forcing on us.

If it is to do with these international gas market prices then it will affect other Nations as well which should mean the prices would all be similar.
Why doesn’t an interviewer ask why these international prices only affect the UK keeping our energy the most expensive.

Martin Daubney did ask lefty Hope why our prices are the highest and if it’s because of net zero but lefty Hope just deflected the question and said nobody wants to be coal miners now (as a previous interviewee mentioned) and he avoided the question.

Mrs V had to go to the pharmacy this morning and then to the supermarket, I went with her and stayed in the car. Living in Northern France I can get Radio 4 or Radio 5. Listened to second option, Victoria Derbyblahblah, interviewing John Simpson about the US strikes on Iran. Simpo was in usual Trump hating mode. He actually said that Trump’s foreign policy is effected from his bed using X. They were actually talking about the msm being overtaken by voters and u tube.
